Consolidate user roles to people that signed up and guests

After integrating with cloudfleet, the use case for multiple users who can go in and have their own sets of lists and list types disappears. So the app roles should change; the main user is the single "owner," and they can invite guests to view and (possibly) edit lists. An owner may decide to give full access to their guests, so their guests' permissions should be editable.

Actually everybody authenticated by LDAP would be an owner. A cloudfleet
system could have more than one users in the future.

Signed up users can create and edit list types and create and edit lists.

Guests can only read and/or edit lists they are invited to by the creator.
