[TSC] Use Mintlify for the Webpack 6 docs

Current docs state

• v5 is deployed under webpack.js.org which is branch main
• v4 is deployed under v4.webpack.js.org which is branch webpack-4
• v5 Chinese is deployed under webpack.docschina.org which is somewhere idk
• v5 Correa is deployed under webpack.kr which is somewhere idk

Future docs stae

• Docs will be deployed as docs.webpack.js.org/vX/article domain
• Use https://mintlify.com/docs

Why use Minitlify ?

• super UX (light/dark theme)
• super DX (nothing to maintain)
• built-in search
• MDX support

-1, it’s a product, what would happen if they no longer had a free plan? Migrate again? It’s a great tool and I really like it, but I’m concerned about their plan changes.

You can use Astro Starlight along with this plugin (starlight-versions, example: https://github.com/HiDeoo/starlight-versions/tree/main/example) and you’ll have pretty solid documentation that can be customized. Also, even without that plugin, it’s fairly easy to achieve versioning for the documentation.

Do you want to say the same to Cloudflare? Being a product doesn't change a thing. Plus, we can always get the Foundation to form partnerships/contracts with'em ;)

I rather use simpler things. Not technologies people here are not familiar with. Using a vendor such as Mintlify simplifies things and reduces the burden we have on the very short list of contributors we do have.
