this adds
--childrenflag totk edit <id> --childrenwhich calls $EDITOR with multiple args for the and each of its childrenfor the most part i think it makes sense to not add this everywhere as the agents can interact with tk to do more complex behaviors, or you could potentially do this with a
tk querybuttk editis specifically for humans so i think this makes sense as a convenience for working with epics and their children and such.
