Function to generate a template Rmarkdown report #73
Description
There is some ongoing work to fully integrate the summary stats function into MATSS.
- add an example plan to compute summaries on some of the datasets ~ https://github.com/tiernanmartin/drakepkg
- add a template Rmarkdown report that extracts some of the summary stats results and makes a plot or two
- add a function that returns the template report as a new file.
- develop an intro vignette that walks through this usage and setting up a pipeline (replaces Develop demo vignette for summary stats #98)
(this will all go into the MATSS package)
