Instead of instantiating
ClusterSyncin the RenderStream setup logic, use the newClusterParamsinjection mechanism to assign node IDs (ClusterSyncwill self-initialize without any extra intervention).Note that the repeater count is now given by the
-followersargument because the old-nodesargument was confusing (it didn't count the emitter).
