Haml item are not displaying in Options>Fonts and Colors

After installing the HamlEditor, the syntax my haml files is highlighted. However, I am unable to change the colors through the Options>Fonts and Colors dialog. None of the Haml display items appear.
I exported my settings, manually added the Haml options (based on what I found in the source) and then imported the modified file. The manual modifications were applied, however the options were still not present.
I exported again, and the manually added items were not present. However, the colors I chose remained in use.

I suspect this is Visual Studio issue. I had something similar happen with ReSharper once.

This occurs on two different machines though. Here's my VS info:
