What:
Add catalog-info.yaml for pure-react-carousel, including the React library component, published npm package resource, and owning system.
Why:
This lets EngineRoom discover the repo and show ownership, system mapping, and the npm package resource in one place. It makes the repo easier to find, understand, and support.
How:
Added a Backstage catalog file with a Component for the React library, a Resource for the published @which/pure-react-carousel npm package, and a System to group them together. The file can be updated easily later as the repo changes.
