Are there any plans to upgrade to the v1.x of the CE specs? As of now it looks like the repo is out of date. We're looking to clean-up our OSS page (https://github.com/cloudevents/spec/blob/main/docs/open-source.md) and it would be great if all links on there pointed to at least some version >= v1.0 of the specs. Or should this project be archived in favor of the official CE Python SDK?
