Introduces core artifact creation functionality for packaging blueprint bundles into distributable tar.gz archives.

Key Features

  • ArtifactBuilder (pkg/bundler/artifact.go)
  • Creates compressed tar.gz artifacts from prepared file collections
  • Embeds comprehensive metadata with git provenance and builder info
  • Supports flexible naming via name:version tag format or metadata.yaml
  • Handles intelligent output path resolution (directory vs explicit filename)
