Checks the node's readiness state in addition to the status of the k8s api endpoint when --nodes and --k8s-endpoint are both included in the node-health command.

The
windsor check node-healthcommand can now take a--readyflag. This will wait for kubernetes nodes listed in--nodesto be in aReadystate.
