- Remove PrintEnvVars, PrintEnvVarsExport, and PrintAliases facade methods - Update cmd/env.go to call Shell methods directly - Remove associated tests for deleted facade methods

Removes / refactors some facades that we don't need or are overly abstracted. Creates a new facade, GenerateBlueprint.
