When running in Github Actions, we should detect the `ACTIONS_ID_TOKEN_REQUEST_TOKEN` and `ACTIONS_ID_TOKEN_REQUEST_URL` env vars and leverage `workloadidentity` for accessing the kube api on AKS. Signed-off-by: Ryan VanGundy <85766511+rmvangun@users.noreply.github.com>
