Re-add bundle/fonts/macos with NFC Unicode normalization

This restores all 361 macOS font files with proper NFC (Normal Form
Composed) normalization. The repository now uses core.precomposeunicode=true
to ensure Unicode filenames are properly normalized for cross-platform
compatibility.

This fixes the macOS Unicode NFD/NFC mismatch that was causing 12 Hiragino
font files to appear as both deleted and untracked on macOS systems.
