Feature request: support for multiple affiliations

SciELO uses the ROR plugin for OPS and they've requested the ability to add multiple affiliations for each author. It's fairly common for authors to be affiliated with more than one organization.

This feature request is related with this one pkp/pkp-lib#7135
In short, this change will only work as expected if this is also done in the OJS core.
