i18n(fr): improve the wording in the remaining guides/deploy

Description (required)

Improves the wording in the French translation of the remaining guides/deploy (see #11593):

• use infinitive form in title/headings
• replace construction with compilation
• le CLI > la CLI
• endpoint > point de terminaison (instead of extrémité/accès)
• policy > stratégie
• package > paquet
• delivery > diffusion instead of livraison
• replace référentiel with dépôt
• add or replace community links language
• Node.js runtime > environnement d'exécution Node.js (see Node.js)
• translate some examples
• consistent use of imperative form in steps
• small rewording to make the reading easier
• update some parts to match the English version (ie. missing words or sentence parts)
