i18n(fr): improve the wording in integrations-guide

Updates the French translations in integrations-guide to improve the wording (see #11593):

• replace île with îlot
• replace plugin with module d'extension
• replace le CLI with la CLI
• replace construction with compilation ou génération
• replace référentiel/repo with dépôt
• replace rendre with effectuer le rendu
• replace cadre with framework
• replace styliser with mettre en forme
• replace support with prise en charge
• replace the translation of breaking (change, schema) with avec rupture de compatibilité
• replace drapeau/flags with option (see Wikipedia)
• use infinitive form in headings
• reword some sentences to make the reading easier
• translate some examples
• add some non breaking space to prevent the punctuation from being on a new line alone
• add some missing spaces before colons
• fix some typo (like spaces before colons in inline code)
