i18n(fr): improve the wording in guides/migrate-to-astro

Updates the French translations in guides/migrate-to-astro and guides/media (a single file) to improve the wording (see #11593):

• replace sans tête with headless
• replace barrières de code with délimitateurs de code
• replace construit with créé/généré in some places
• replace construction with compilation
• replace template with modèle
• replace île with îlot
• replace documents with documentation
• replace plugins with modules d'extension
• replace livraison with diffusion
• replace supporte with prend en charge
• replace actifs with ressources
• replace cadre with framework
• replace en with Anglais in community links
• reword some sentences to make the reading easier
• add some changes to match the English version (missing words or sentences)
