i18n(fr): update dev-toolbar-app-reference.mdx

Description (required)

Updates the French translation of dev-toolbar-app-reference to:

• add changes from fix(dev-toolbar-app-reference): API reference format + new component #12189
• improve the wording based on the French i18n guide updates:
  • revert the translation of slot when referring to an Astro slot
  • replace the translation for inline
  • consistent translation for highlight (I choose mise en évidence over surbrillance here because there are no lightning effects, this is only an icon as you can see in the Stackblitz repro available in the linked PR above)
  • translate callback where not translated
  • correct some translations that did not have the exact same meaning as the original version
  • translate the code snippets
  • reword some parts to make the reading smoother or to avoid heaviness (e.g. un rappel à appeler)
  • and, maybe this is just me but, barre d'outils Dev sounds odd I think. In a pinch, if we want to shorten in certain places, we could use barre d'outils de dev... but I don't think this is necessary.
