Adds changes from #12763 to the French translation of
tutorial/1-setup/5.mdx.Also, unless Netlify has a translated interface once logged in (I don't think so looking at screenshots), I think it's preferable to keep the English labels (and translate them after), so I've updated all the UI strings.
