This PR adds the missing german translation for the preact integration guide. I also made small change to the english version as the tutorial on the preact website is no longer called Learn Preact in 10 minutes, just Learn Preact.

Hey @DerTimonius, this PR ended up being stale, sorry for that! Could you please open a separate PR for this English change? And if you're willing to, another one with the translation updated with the recent changes? I am closing this one but I totally welcome new PRs, I'll be sure to get to them quickly next time.
