i18n(zh-cn): Update nav.ts

Update nav.ts

After a discussion with my i18n teammates, we decide to keep the word Actions untranslated temporarily.

The reasons why we keep it in English version:

• we can't find a good word to cover the meaning of Action, so it will be much more confused for Chinese reader if I mistranslate it into Chinese.
• the Actions API is a new function, and it should be easily search through the search bar.

NOTE: this situation can be changed if there is a more suitable word than keep it in English version. I'm welcome to hearing some better suggestions from you!
