i18n(fr): update api-reference.mdx

Description (required)

Adds changes from #9687 to French translation of api-reference.mdx:

• Updates the title
• Adds tableOfContents in the frontmatter
• Removes all references from Images to the end (these references have been moved, see other PRs reference/modules/*)

Warning

This PR should be merged after all other updates in guides and errors to resolve the links errors. (#9838 and #9837 in particular but maybe others)
