  User Experience:

If, name not defined correctly for Product logo, then the user who depends upon screen reader for navigation might get affected and does not able to perform its function properly.

1. Navigate to NPS Extension for Azure MFA Setup and activate it by using Enter key.

Repro Steps:

1. Navigate all the controls of "NPS Extension for Azure MFA " popup window.
2. Verify if name is correctly define for "Microsoft software license term" document section or not.

Actual Result :
Name is not define for "NPS Extension for Azure MFA" logo . So, when narrator focus in scan mode lands on that logo narrator narrate image..

Expected Result:
Name should be define for "NPS Extension for Azure MFA" logo or narrator focus should not lands on logo.

That version of WiX is over 5 years old, and there have been changes to the WixStdBa since then. Do these issues replicate with v3.11.1?
