sdist is missing tox.ini #165
Description
The sdist package (version 0.9.0) at PyPI is missing tox.ini file. Please add the file to sdist to make downstream testing easier. Please note this is regression since version 0.8.1 had the tox.ini file in sdist. Thank you.
