Have a "No Thanks" option if signing into to a WordPress.com account that has no blogs through the Settings

If you sign in to a WordPress.com account without any blogs through the Settings you see this:

Users may want to just add reader access so we should add some kind of "No thanks" option to go back.

If an existing user with no blogs wants to login, I'd jump straight into the reader. Then maybe show a friend-finder-like toast offering to create a blog.

Do you mean have this screen(access from settings) close and the Reader pop up?

Right, there are a few paths to this:

• From NUX: skip add blogs, show second part of the walkthrough, after that go to reader
• From Settings, when tapped on Sign in: go back to settings after successful login
• From Settings, when tapped on add wp.com site: offer to create a wp.com blog with a "no thanks" option

The last one only makes sense because we don't have the new NUX stuff in settings, so we'd have to revisit that as well

Not sure which case we're fixing here. A "no thanks" could help anyway, but that's how I think it should work ideally
