Settings: Add a WP.com site does not present progress indicator

When adding a site from the Settings screen (iOS 6 at least) there is no modal progress indicator after selecting a WP.com site from the list and tapping Add.

The delay isn't always that big of a deal, but for some reason when I tried it the first time it was several seconds between tapping Add and the screen popping back to the Settings screen.

Discovered on:

• iOS 6 on iPhone 4
• 3.8.4-rc4
