No Blogs View is Broken

If you attempt to add blogs through a WordPress.com account with no blogs, the view is broken.
Steps to reproduce
Open clean version of app
Click "Add WordPress.com Blog"
Add an account with no blogs.
The reader should appear, at this point click on Settings.
Click on Add a Blog
The broken view should appear(see attached screenshot)
