Issue/14575 Fix media editing drawing crash

Fixes #14575. This PR improves the situation for #14575 by pulling in the latest changes to the media editor pod. See wordpress-mobile/MediaEditor-iOS#24 for full details.

To test:

• Perform the same test as in Drawing: Limit scale of rendered annotationview image MediaEditor-iOS#24, but using the media editor in the WordPress app instead of the example project.
