This version bump PR is part of the code freeze workflow for WordPress iOS 24.4 and is here only to leave a breadcrumb in the release process. Once CI is green, I will push the tag for this version and, once that is successfully deployed, admin-merge this.
Admittedly, this release includes a change that has not been reviewed: Depending on WordPressKit 14.0. However, it did not require any code change and all unit tests passed, on my machined and in CI. So, in the interest of moving forward with WordPressKit 14.0.0 and WordPress 24.4, I added the change in here.
