add details on how to configure it in TaskScheduler

Thanks for this, it works great when I run it manually from a Administrator CMD prompt as follows:

powershell.exe -noexit -file Check-PlexTuner.ps1`

I tried setting it up in TaskScheduler, but it just either seems to run and never return/end, or not want to run. Any tips on your configuration or even a screenshot(s) added to the readme or here would be appreciated.

I run it via task scheduler with the full powershell.exe path in the program/script folder and
-file "\Check-PlexTuner.ps1"
in the arguments. The task is also set to run only when user is logged in and run with highest privileges. The privilege elevation may be needed to kill tasks.

Note: I still have this running on my system but it may no longer be needed. The last update claims to have a fix for the Tuner service stopping in the changelog.

I've been running with that latest version and experienced problems still FWIW. I will be implementing your solution and the periodically disable the task as I see glimpses of hope on the forum thread.
