Hi, We use a convolution layer to implement BCS, so the output of the first convolution layer is the CS measurement. You can change the code "res = vl_simplenn(net,input,[],[],'conserveMemory',true,'mode','test');" to "res = vl_simplenn(net,input,[],[],'conserveMemory',false,'mode','test');", to keep all middle variables. Then, res(1).x is the input image, and res(2).x is the CS measurement.
