Retrying the build again, but I think for safety we're using a curated NuGet feed. I will probably need to go and add this version to that. |

Bump AspNet.Security.OAuth.Apple to 3.1.8 to resolve GHSA-3893-h8qg-6h5f.
I've also submitted a similar patch to dotnet/maui#9855.
