Add missing contracts and upgrade to v0.5.5

Add generated Go bindings for missing smart contracts and upgrade the contracts image to v0.5.5 in dev/docker/docker-compose.yml and anvil.StartAnvil

This change adds generated Go bindings for additional smart contracts and updates the development and test environments to use contracts image v0.5.5 with refreshed addresses in the Anvil config.

• Add generated bindings: DistributionManager.go, SettlementChainGateway.go, AppChainGateway.go, AppChainParameterRegistry.go, DepositSplitter.go
• Update Anvil environment addresses in anvil.json
• Bump contracts image to v0.5.5 in docker-compose.yml and in anvil.StartAnvil via anvil.go
• Expand ABI generation targets in dev/gen/abi
