Update foundry to version used in contracts repository

Align GitHub Actions workflows with the contracts repository by setting the foundry-rs/foundry-toolchain version to v1.2.0 (from v1.0.0) in integration-test.yml and test.yml

• Update the Install Foundry step to set the version input for foundry-rs/foundry-toolchain in integration-test.yml.
• Apply the same update in test.yml.
