Too much experience for voice activity #129
Description
Infrequently, the bot will grant users a significantly large amount of experience for voice activity.
As an example, a user was in voice for ~10 hours, and received over 200k experience. Our experience settings are set to 10 xp per minute in vc, which should have only resulted in ~6k experience.
As a result, users tend to randomly get to the highest rank after only a single or handful of voice sessions. This does not appear to happen with text message activity.
