Missing pickers in task macro parameters for reporter and create date

Describe the bug
When editing the task macro in WYSIWYG, the reporter and create date parameters have no pickers. The parameters only appear when editing an existing task macro, so it might also be the case that the parameters are shown by mistake.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the problematic behavior:

1. On a new page, enter WYSIWYG and create a task with the task macro
2. Submit the modal
3. Double click the task macro to edit it
4. Try to change the reporter or the create date parameters

Expected behavior
A user picker appears for the reporter and a date picker for the create date.

Actual behavior
No pickers are used.
