Bug when displaying the Name of the poll if it contains "&", "<" or "{"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new poll with this name: <Test> Q&A
2. Fill in all the required fields and click Save and View button
3. Check the name of the poll in the LiveTable

Expected results: The name of the poll appears as selected in the LiveTable.

Actual results: "<TEST> Q&A" appears instead of Q&A

Environment: Windows 11, XWiki 14.9, Polls Application (Pro) 2.1.5, Chrome 107

Same issue when using the "{". { appears instead.

Title used: Té$téd: with #special + ch@rs - test. Is ^ this * a = test? It's a "tΦst"! Test <1> and (2) & and {3}, [4]. 100% a | test / 1 \ 2; 3` 4; 5. and 10 spaces.
