Remaining votes when switching from public to non-public poll

When guest users are initially allowed to vote and then guest voting is later disabled (by setting Poll Publicity to private), their votes are still counted and displayed in the results.

Describe the solution you'd like

One solution is to exclude guest votes from the results if Poll Publicity is set to private (i.e., guest users can no longer vote). In this case, guest votes would also no longer be shown to any users.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Another solution, is to introduce a configurable parameter that determines whether guest votes should be counted and displayed when guest voting is disabled. This parameter would only be applicable when guest users are no longer allowed to vote, and it would provide control over both including guest votes in the final results and showing them to other users.
