interesting side note: the python 2.6 test is passing again on travis |

Mind also adding macOS tests? I could contribute that. Motivation: it currently fails to compile in such env (https://api.travis-ci.org/v3/job/362128445/log.txt) Ref: #152 |

@webknjaz if you want to make a PR for darwin testing, please do. Note: I currently get 5 test fails on my mac for the python2 tests. |
