Handle Heavy Ions with varying A, Z

Currently users can use different ions by selecting 'Heavy ions' as Particle Type which adds inputs for atomic and mass number.

In this issue we want to research how to improve this functionality. One idea is to generate a named list for common atoms like carbon and have A,Z filled in automatically.

Then, we also need to allow users to select different isotopes, i.e. 6Li vs 7Li

It means that SHIELDHIT12A uses common (for example cannot simulate electrons). Fluka uses everything that SHIELD-HIT12A has and an electron in addition.

This is far from being perfect and maybe some good refactoring may be needed to support Geant4 as well.
