Links, links everywhere

We need to implement links, there are quite a few different setup related to links:

• Layer link to a custom URL (with inline variables),
• Layer link to an email address (mailto:),
• Layer link to a phone number (tel:),
• Layer link to an asset (with force download option),
• Layer link to a page (always the same page),
• Layer link to a dynamic page (always the same dynamic page + static record),
• Ability to set the anchor to any ID set on the selected page,
• Layer link to a dynamic page + record being the current collection item,
• Layer link to a field in a collection (link, email, phone, file, image, audio, video, youtube, ...),

Static rich-text layers should be able to add the same link configuration as above.

The CMS link field should be added and should allow: link to static page, dynamic page with static record, custom URL.
