Example using function components

Add an example using function components and hooks ready for the release of both.

I think it might useful to add an example that exists so that users are able to compare the two approaches.

I know you've been using function components and hooks a bit so I feel like you are able to get going without too much start up explanation. If there's anything you want to know before you start ofc just ask here :)

Are you going to be doing the todo example?

As you get into the code more then feel free to do a draft PR if you run into any issues so we can review the code together :D

Started the PR so that you can review any code I write, I have added a checklist that you may want to look over to add or remove things needed for the "completed" version of the example.

It is just a simple todo it should suffice.
