Add example of Public/Private Agent using wasm-pack

As yew is suggesting we use the yew-wasm-pack-template, an example of a working Public/Private Agent (On it's own thread) in this setup would be very beneficial to showcasing how powerful Yew could be.

There's an example in the web-sys branch here: https://github.com/yewstack/yew/tree/web-sys/examples/web_sys/multi_thread. Once web-sys is merged into master I'll close this issue. Thanks!

The multithread example is fixed as of #1006 but I'd like to wait until wasm-bindgen/wasm-pack#736 is finished before updating yew-wasm-pack-template.
