Fixes Issue #81 by merging $request->getParsedBody() and $request->getUploadedFiles() in populateFromPost(), and changed populateFromPostAndValidate() to use populateFromPost().
Also typed $data parameter as array in populate() and populateAndValidate(), and removed unnecessary type check from populate().
