YN-0247: Server Timeouts on streamed uploads #291

Please describe the issue you have encountered?
During uploading of reviewables or thumbnails during publishing it sometimes happens that the files fail to upload due to timeouts.
These streamed uploads should support configured timeouts and potentially retries to be able to work through and recover from a minor local network issue.
How to replicate the issue?
