Weapon rechargers disappear if you upgrade them manually.
Reproduction
- upgrade a recharger with screwdriver and RPED
- it disappears (becomes completely invisible)
- you can put weapon into it (using the alt-click item list), once you pull it out, it reappears
- happened in several shifts and on different stations
