IPC brains when removed get really weird #20416

Reproduction:
When you remove an IPC's posibrain from their chest several bugs occur the most major of which being that the player is still able to move around and talk from their body and the brain not being usable in an MMI due to your soul remaining in your body reinserting the brain also kills the IPC
