Mindswap bad wizard is broken. #20470

Short Description
For unknown reasons, the mindswap/mouse form bad wizard has become broken. If you are in mouse form and mindswap, the person you swap into goes into your old body and instead of staying as a mouse reverts to human form. Mindswapping at all also gives away your spells and makes you effectively a normal person
Reproduction
- be mindswap wiz
- become mouse
- swap into person
- person in your old body becomes human again (not supposed to happen)
- person in your old body keeps all your spells
- you have no spells
