AI door bolt messages no longer appear #7803

Reporting client version: 513.1511
As an AI, the "door bolts lowered/raised" message no longer appears when using the hotkeys to raise or lower the bolts of a door. This has been the case for several months, I don't remember when they stopped showing up.
