Document the changes in your pull request

Clockcult notoriously needs a strong early game to win which they obviously lack with war. So I made it so all new converts get changed into a golem as well as decreasing the power usage.

Herald's beacon turns all converts into golems, and lowers power cost by 50%.

i like the idea that the war makes all clockies super obvious, though its benefits seem shaky

war clock cult is more commonly known as blood cult

This lowers power costs to 25% not 50%

by multiplying by 0.25 they're lowered by 75%

75% - 50% = 25% fair enough

However, you should probably reword your post and in-code comment to specify it's intended to be 75% reduction then

warclockies or normal clockies? judging from a recent round war clockcult needs some drastic fucking buffs
